selling your work

Painting for Mrs Jackson's leaving present by S1/2, CB and DMcC

make money!

You will be able to sell your work in exhibitions at school, from your house and from exhibitions you can take part in around the area.

Talk to your teachers about exhibiting work during school events, such as parents' evenings and concerts. You never know, you might find a buyer for your jewellery, paintings, drawings.

Get together with other pupils to set up an enterprise project at school selling artwork at local events or via a website. You could design, make and sell cards, limited edition prints, wrapping paper, decorations, collectible toys and sculptures. Produce a high quality mural for school or for a local community centre, hospital, surgery, library or business and you could receive commissions for more work. Always liaise with the school to ensure these enterprises are properly supervised and safe.
