In S3 you will being to work on the coursework essays for Standard Grade using question guide sheets, keywords and writing frames to help you. Through group work and discussions, you will build up the skills necessary to allow you to form your own opinions about artworks and design objects. You will practice arguing your case and backing up your ideas with evidence from observation. Understanding how art + design fits into the world is very improtant, so you will study the time and culture that created the works you are looking at.
