drawing from life

This course was withdrawn by the SQA in 2009. It is possible to take the units by negotiation with the department and senior management.

In order to build the folio of studies for this course you must spend a lot of time developing your drawing and painting skills.

Each week you must produce a minimum of THREE top quality drawings or paintings for homework.

These should consist of ONE figure study, ONE interior or exterior study for your figure composition project and ONE/TWO studies towards your second project.

Each week you must also research one figure artist by spending some time looking through books or the internet.
